    • The mission of Chuck Shaw Technical Education Center is to provide a first-class career and technical learning environment, where students are inspired to acquire language and work skills to succeed in life. Chuck Shaw Technical Education Center envisions providing an adult education environment where all students and staff can flourish and succeed without bias or discrimination, and where all individuals from all backgrounds are valued and supported to achieve individual goals that strengthen our community's families and workforce.

       

      The School District of Palm Beach County offers a variety of programs for a diverse group of students. Our programs are designed to nurture the development of socially appropriate, productive, self-sufficient students in a supportive educational environment committed to excellence in all endeavors.  Our goals are to improve students' academic and social skills, improve graduation rates, and transition students to the most appropriate school setting.
