At UB Kinsey/Palmview Elementary School of the Arts we envision a collaborative school culture that prepares all students regardless of their backgrounds to reach their highest potential by fostering each student's needs academically, socially and emotionally. UB Kinsey/Palmview Elementary School of the Arts will continue to strengthen students' arts and academics with the support from the teachers, staff, parents, and community.
