Human Resources Compliance and Processes is responsible for ensuring District compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing Human Resource administration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices, resulting in the implementation of, and enhancements to, Human Resource procedures, policies, and processes.
