  • The Palm Beach County School District Police Department is committed to ensuring that its officers perform their duties in a competent, courteous, and professional manner. The integrity of the PBCSDPD is enhanced by open communication between our community and the department.

    Therefore, all complaints will be accepted and fully investigated.

    At no time should a PBCSDPD employee discourage, intimidate, or otherwise coerce anyone desiring to file a complaint. However, persons filing false reports are subject to criminal prosecution.

    Complaints may be made in person, in writing, over the telephone, or via the online form below. If you choose to complete the below form, your message will be sent directly to our Internal Affairs unit. You will be required to provide your contact information in order to facilitate a complete and thorough investigation.
