Do you need to complete a Meal Application? You are not required to fill out this form. 

Would you like your student to be eligible for a reduced Morning and Afterschool Care Program fee?  It's a simple process. Just complete the meal application, which determines if you qualify for a reduced fee for that program.  You only need to fill out one application for your family, and it will cover all your students.
