How students dress can affect safety, the classroom atmosphere, and the degree of importance the child places on learning. To ensure your child's safety and provide the best learning environment for all children, we have adopted the following uniform dress code.  

Shirts

• Solid color T-shirt or Polo or Jerry Thomas PTO shirts with sleeves.
• Solid color sweatshirts, sweaters, and jackets.
• Undershirts, sheer shirts, and camisoles/tank tops should not be visible.

Bottoms

• Solid color Shorts, Jeans, Pants, Jumpers, Skirts, and Skorts Bottoms must be mid-thigh.
• Solid color leggings may be worn under shorts, dresses, or skirts.
• Students may NOT wear athletic bottoms (gym shorts).

Shoes 

• Shoes must be closed-toe and closed-back.
• No Crocs, clogs, heels, or flip-flops may be worn.

General

• No hats, caps, hoods or other head coverings (religious exceptions) may be worn
• Any attire, jewelry deemed unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive is NOT permitted.

*Exceptions will be made on school special dress days.
