6th Grade Checklist

• Submit your ELECTIVE COURSE REQUEST IN SIS (Link was sent to all student email addresses) 
• Submit a STUDENT REGISTRATION - Please complete a registration form, this allows us to have current information on your child.  You must save/print to a PDF so it saves the data. If you fill it out and download it, it will not save the data.  Once completed you can email it to LCSWAINMS@palmbeachschools.org.  Please also make sure to include 2 proofs of address if your address has changed.

• Attend Orientation
• Purchase Uniforms
