Program Times

• Morning Program Times: 7:30 am - 9:00 am
• After-School Program Times: 4:05 pm - 5:30 pm

Registration

Registration from Monday, July 29, at 9:00 am through Friday, August 2, at 6:00 pm

The required $35.00 registration fee will secure your spot in the program and is non-refundable.

• An email with instructions will be sent after completing the registration. You will have 48 hours to pay the registration fee.

A waiting list will be established after the maximum number of participants (50) is reached.

Fees

Fees for the program: $3.70 per hour (Monthly fees will vary depending on the program days)

• Fee payments are due by the first of each month - August payment must be paid through Schoolcashonline

Reduced Program Fees

If your student/family qualifies for free and reduced meal benefits, you may receive a reduced fee rate for the Morning/After-School Program based on results of the meal application.

• To determine eligibility for free and reduced meal benefits, please fill out the School District of Palm Beach County Income Survey, which will be available after July 28.
  • Enter your zip code, select Florida, select The School District of Palm Beach, and complete the application.

If your student qualifies for free or reduced lunch benefits, you must email School Food Services and request a letter confirming your free/reduced lunch status.

• Forward the letter via email to Rico Adona before the first week of school.

Special Notes about the Program:

• We will be moving to a new system in September.
• We will inform our parents/families when the new system is available.
• All students must be registered for the program to attend.
• All fees are due by the 1st of each month.
• Failure to pay program fees by the first of each month may result in a late fee and/or your child being removed from the program.
