Mrs. LaToya Dixon

Mrs. Dixon is in her 22nd year of committed service in education. This is her fourth year serving as the Principal of Village Academy. Mrs. Dixon is a student of the Palm Beach County School system. She is a proud graduate of Santaluces High School, University of South Florida, and received her Master's degree from Lynn University in Educational Leadership.

As a veteran educator, she has served numerous years as a first (1st) grade, 3rd grade, Reading Recovery Teacher, and SAl Teacher. As she continued to advance her career and move to the next of level of commitment in education, she served in the capacity of Assistant Principal of Galaxy Elementary, Secondary Assistant Principal at Village Academy and Center Director/Program Planner for the Village Academy Head Start Program.

Mrs. Dixon is excited about teaching and learning. She is looking forward to continuing to work courageously with children, families, and the surrounding community in preparing students for college and career readiness.
