Small School Continuum
The Small School Continuum at Village Academy is a unique school model that is designed to provide a continuous and nurturing educational experience for students in a small school environment. Located on one school campus, Village Academy students in kindergarten through grade 12 participate in a continuum of experiences in Information Technology and Geospatial Technology, including preparation for future careers in urban planning, engineering, medicine, mathematics, chemistry, meteorology, physics, oceanography, data science, business, law, and humanities.
Elementary School Program
Digital CitizenshipIn Grades K-5, students approach learning through an inquiry framework that infuses information technology including robotics, coding, and engineering. This program meets the needs of students with a talent and passion for science and technology and who want to be change agents for an equitable society. Through the integration of project-based learning, social and service learning projects, Village Academy students become active global citizens.
Middle School Program
Pre-Information TechnologyThe Pre-Information Technology Program offers an innovative, integrated learning environment focused on computers, technology and communications. Students who participate in a Pre-Information Technology acquire foundational knowledge and skills in basic programming techniques, software and web development, and emerging digital technologies. Emphasis is placed on a college preparatory curriculum directly linked to career pathways in the IT career cluster.

Students who participate in this Pre-Information Technology Academy will leam about digital information technology, basic computer programming techniques, and the foundations of software and web development. The program provides students with opportunities to build foundational knowledge and skills suitable for pursuing higher-level IT programs.
High School Program
Computer TechnologyThe Computer Technology program prepares goal-oriented students interested in any field of study for a future rigorous collegiate atmosphere. It provides highly competitive honors and Advanced Placement courses with a strength in computer education.
