  • Baton Twirling, Poms & Ribbon Intermedia/Advance Age 10 & Up

    Thursdays  6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

    For ages 10-20, advanced twirlers. One baton and multiple baton combinations. Learn to toss and twirl 1-2 or 3 batons!Level 2 classes truly emphasize exchanges and teamwork while building self confidence. Students are invited to perform at holiday shows & parades. FAU & Universal. Supplies are determined during 1st class. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER CLASS BEGINS.

    Cheer Clinic Youth Age 10-18

    One day will be tumbling classes for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. The students will work on tumbling skills such as cartwheels all the way to running fulls. Another day will consist of stunt class. Additional charge to be paid to head coach

    This interactive yoga series will invigorate each student and allow them to be in touch with themselves. They will gain the strength and knowledge needed to tackle everyday challenges, and affirmations that teach them that they are enough. This will include fun activities, journaling, and role playing.


    Yoga for Teens (13 -17)

    This age group will focus on positivity and relaxation techniques in dealing with daily teen issues, obstacles and hardships that will help them gain the strength needed to hold power within.
