Student Parking Instructions

    IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ON A DAY THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR ACTUAL DAY, YOUR NAME WILL BE PUT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST FOR THE APPROVED DAY AND TIME.  

    The schedule for submitting parking applications online is as follows:

    GOOGLE FORM WILL GO OUT ON AUGUST 1ST @ 8 AM

    Thursday, August 1, 2024, from 9:30am - 11:00am

    • OJT, Dual Enrollment Students, and Senior Privilege
      (All paperwork must be completed and proof of start date to be cleared by Guidance Counselor prior to issuance of a parking permit.)

    Monday, August 5, 2024, from 9:30am - 11:00am

    • SENIORS

    Tuesday, August 6, 2024, from 9:30am - 11:00am

    • JUNIORS    

    ** To qualify for and maintain a Forest Hill Community High School parking permit, all parking policies, procedures and rules must be adhered to throughout the school year.

    ** Please read carefully and make sure you understand ALL the rules and policies as they pertain to your privilege to park on campus.

    ALL STUDENTS MUST…

    • Must have a minimum of 20 Community Service Hours (reflected in SIS)
    • You will need to fill out Form 1974 and have it notarized.  This form will be uploaded to the Google Form that will be sent out on August 1st.  
    • Have no obligations, including textbooks, and must be cleared before a pass can be issued.
    • Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
    • To maintain your decal, you can not have more than 10 unexcused absences and/or 10 tardies during any semester.
    • Adhere to the student code of conduct. Parking privileges are based on students’ academic standing, attendance, and behavior as per the School District Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in loss of parking privileges.
