Dress Code
All students are expected to adhere to the school’s dress code at all times.
Dress Code violations will result in immediate change into appropriate clothing. Students may be subject to disciplinary consequences.
- Tops must have sleeves
- Pajamas/sleepwear, bedroom slippers, and swimwear are not permitted
- Headwear cannot be worn inside
- Bottoms must be below mid-thigh
- Undergarments and midriff are not to be exposed
- Distracting images (as defined by school administration- illegal, offensive) are not permitted
Prohibited Items Are As Follows:
- Attire with language or images that are crude, vulgar, profane, lewd/obscene, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive.
- Attire with symbols, mottoes, words, or acronyms that promote illegal or violent conduct, such as gang symbols, the unlawful use of weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or drug paraphernalia, or clothing that contains threats.
- Clothing that is sexually suggestive or revealing (examples include, but is not limited to, clothing which exposes the midriff, exposes one’s undergarments, have plunging necklines, muscle tops, backless clothing, halter, tank tops, off-the-shoulder shirts, or are constructed of see-through materials).
- Graphic R.I.P. shirts
Gator Gear and College/Military attire is encouraged daily and promotes school spirit. Incentives will be provided.
