The media program offers 21st century instruction and technology, as well as the latest print and electronic collections for all of our students, parents, and teachers. Our Media Center programs increase students' reading skills while fostering a love for reading, which is a fundamental part of academic growth and improvement. Our media programs enhance information literacy, motivating students to enjoy reading, and to make it an essential part of their lives.

The Library Media Center:

• Supports the implementation and integration of Florida’s State Standards

• Provides and promotes extensive use of resources in various formats that are designed to meet the needs of diverse learners across all aspects of the curriculum.

• Provides an inclusive learning environment that promotes inquiry and problem-solving

• Encourages pleasure reading to develop lifelong readers and learners

• Provides and promotes instruction to prepare students to become independent users of libraries and information resources

Library Media Center Hours

The Media Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:20 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is closed on Tuesday afternoons for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
