Crosspointe Afterschool offers a high-quality program that meets the fundamental needs of students during out-of-school time. Our programs provide a safe, secure environment where children can be involved in wholesome, enriching activities that deliver meaningful out-of-school-time experiences.
Parents can register for an after-school program by visiting https://palmbeachcountyschools.reg.eleyo.com/ to submit an after-school program registration contract request. Enrollment can be requested for all grade levels.
Once a contract request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the after-school director (Ms. Rose Decius). Submitting a contract request does not guarantee enrollment into a program. Acceptance into an after-school program is determined by the number of slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon approval of your contract request, you will be notified via email. Sites will notify any parent on the waitlist.
There is a $35 non-refundable registration fee per student for elementary after-school programs. Parents must submit the registration fee when notified that their Eleyo enrollment contract request has been accepted. Payment can be made online through Eleyo — no in-person payments. Any parent whose child is not currently enrolled in a District-operated program should contact the school site’s after-school director for information on how to create an Eleyo account.
School District employees with children enrolled in K-5 after-school programs are eligible for a 25% tuition discount. Employees must submit Form PBSD 2476 Employee Verification for Afterschool Programs to receive the discount. The form can be submitted starting on July 1, 2024, and the deadline for submission is August 31, 2024, for the discount to begin on September 1, 2024.
Forms received after August 31, 2024, will be processed as of the date submitted by the employee, with the discount beginning the following month. Please note that employees must fill out a new form for EACH school year for EACH child enrolled in an after-school program. Discounts do NOT roll over from year to year.
