Times:

• Monday – Friday from 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M.
• The Before School program will begin on August 19th and will run through May 30th.

Fees:

• A non-refundable annual registration fee of $35 is required. Registration must be completed annually for each student. Students who attend both the Before School and the After School Programs are only charged one registration fee.
• The fee must be paid by the 5th of each month. We do not pro-rate.
• All payments are made through SchoolCashOnline.com for the month of August. Starting in September and for the remainder of the school year all payments will be made through our new Eleyo software program after you register (see following pages).
• The program is NOT held on Teacher Work Days, In-Service Days, Curriculum Night, or Fridays. Monthly payments can be made after you register with Eleyo (see enroll now above). Refunds are not possible for days absent.
• If your child receives benefits based on your income, the After-School Program is free of charge. To apply, go to the following website: https://www.myschoolapps.com/Home/PickDistrict
  You will receive an email confirming or denying you are entitled to this benefit. If you qualify, please forward the email confirmation to Ms. Fimiani and you will not have to pay for this program.

Procedures:

• Students should get dropped off at the Media Center door located in the bus loop no earlier than 8:00 A.M. Monday through Friday.
• Students will enter the Media Center and sign in.
• At approximately 9:00 A.M., students will be dismissed.

Attendance:

• If you are registered for the Before School Program, you are not required to attend every day. Attendance is not mandatory, as the program is voluntary. Therefore, if a child does not sign the attendance sheet on a given day, they are NOT the responsibility of the Before School Program.
• If you would like to check on the attendance of your child, you may email the Director.

*Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in immediate removal from the Before School Program.

Note: Homework help is NOT private tutoring.

Times:

• Monday – Thursday from 4:10 pm – 5:20 pm (an activity bus is provided each day)
• The After-School program will begin on August 19th and will run through May 29th.
• If you are picking up your child, you need to do so by 5:20 P.M. Failure to do so may result in your child’s dismissal from the program. Beginning at 6:00 P.M. there will no longer be supervision and Boca Raton Police will be called.
• If you are picking up your child early, you must report to the Main Office to sign out your child. Please bring identification.

Procedures:

• Students should report to the Media Center by 4:10 P.M. Monday through Thursday. It is their responsibility to arrive at the Media Center each day. Arriving late three times could result in your child being dismissed from the program.
• Students should sign in each day and indicate if they will be going home by car or by bus. The After-School staff will remind students to do their homework or study however, the staff is not responsible for whether or not your child chooses to work.
• At the 5:20 P.M. dismissal, students should report directly to the bus loop or the front of the school for parent pick-up.

Attendance:

Buses:

• Please make sure your child knows the address, the cross streets, and the name of the development he/she lives in and are able to tell the bus driver.
• The Activity Buses do not have a set route. It is determined by which students are riding the bus each day. The Activity Bus will take each student as close as possible to their development. If you have further questions, please contact Transportation at (561)738-9200.

Snacks:

• A snack is offered each day at the beginning of After School. Students are welcome to bring their own snack as well.
