Salary Schedules for the Bargaining and Non-Bargaining (NBU) Groups include Annual Salary information for twelve (12) month positions and Annual Salary information for positions that are for less than twelve months. In addition to working less than twelve months, some positions work less than an eight (8) hour day.

When researching salary information for a possible position, please review the Salary Schedule for the job type you are interested in. Temporary positions are not covered by a Bargaining or a Non-Bargaining Agreement and, typically, receive an hourly rate.

Classroom Teachers Association (CTA)

Instructional Personnel: Classroom teachers, occupational specialists, speech language pathologists, media specialists, guidance counselors, and other positions listed in the "T" Bargaining Unit.

Non-Bargaining Unit (NBU)

Association of Educational Secretaries and Office Professionals (SEIU/AESOP)

Administrative Assistants: Non-Confidential (I & II) and Community School, Office Support Assistant (I & II), School Office Assistant, Dispatchers, Accounting Clerks and Technicians, Media Clerks (I & II), Data Processors, School Treasurers, Paraprofessionals I, and Human Resources Technicians, and other positions under the "A" Bargaining Agreement.

SEIU/Floria Public Serices Union (SEIU/FPSU)

Paraprofessionals II and Early Childhood Professionals: Paraprofessional II's, Early Childhood Professionals, Educational Interpreters, Hearing Impaired Interpreters, and Translators, and other positions under the SEIU/FPSU "D" Bargaining Agreement.
Regular: Custodians, Electricians, Food Service (I & II), Bus Drivers, Bus Aides, Regular Trade Workers, and other positions under the SEIU/FPSU "B" Bargaining Agreement.
