Description
Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County is a comprehensive school-based college and career readiness program that provides low-income, academically qualified students with a guaranteed 2-year Florida Prepaid college scholarship, one-on-one youth mentoring, and college readiness coaching.  Since 1995, the Take Stock in Children program has effectively provided a pathway to success for underserved youth by providing students with the resources they need to achieve academic success. The program has a 98% success rate due to its innovative multi-year program model that provides wraparound support services to students starting as early as middle school and continuing through postsecondary completion.
