Florida Power & Light generously donated more than $30,000 to support H.L. Watkins Middle School’s Robotics Program. The funds will be used to enrich the learning environment for participating students. The cost of new desktop computers with monitors, laptop computers, and software such as AutoCAD, Robot C, Autodesk Inventor, and Revit will be covered as a result of the donation.

The equipment and software upgrades will help ensure that the school’s Robotics Program has the modern tools needed for students to better understand how robotics, engineering, and technology innovation drive the modern world.
