Registration for Beacon Cove Intermediate's Afterschool Program is via the online registration portal.  

• Parents can register by visiting the online registration portal, Eleyo to submit a registration contract request. 
• Click here for instructions on creating a registration contract request in Eleyo. 

Once a contract request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the afterschool director. Submitting a contract request does not guarantee enrollment into a program.  Acceptance into an afterschool program is determined by the number of slots available, on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon approval of your contract request, you will be notified via email. 

There is a $25 registration fee for elementary afterschool programs. Parents will be required to submit the registration fee when they are notified that their Eleyo enrollment contract request has been accepted. Payment can be made online through Eleyo.

School District employees with children enrolled in K-5 afterschool programs are eligible for a 25% tuition discount. To receive the discount, employees must submit Form PBSD 2476 Employee Verification for Afterschool Programs. The deadline for submission is August 31, 2023 for the discount to begin on September 1, 2023. 

Please note that employees must fill out a new form EACH school year for EACH child enrolled in an afterschool  program. Discounts do NOT rollover from year to year.
