Boca Raton High School’s student clubs are a fun way to create, learn, and explore! Clubs are based on the interests of the student body as a whole. We encourage all students to take advantage of joining a club that will help you pursue your passions and interests. Club Rush takes place each fall providing students with additional information pertaining to each club. Please note clubs are subject to change.

Social club to bridge the gap between people with intellectual disabilities and their non-disabled peers.

Bobcat Dance Alliance
The purpose of Bobcat Dance Alliance is to promote dance at BRCHS and to provide a variety of dance classes. This is accomplished by offering dance classes taught by faculty and students. BDA (along with the Dance Class) also provides performance experience to all by producing a showcase at the end of the school year. Members of BDA explore different styles of dance at each meeting (hip-hop, jazz, ballet, contemporary, Latin dance, swing, tap, afrobeat, step, zumba, exc.) and are able to choreograph dances for the BDA showcase.

Students will share their knowledge about Brazilian culture through music, books, and personal experience. Combat for Coral
Florida has the largest coral reef ecosystem in the U.S. Coral reefs are incredible natural resources that must be protected. The preservation of our reefs directly affects our lives in many ways. This club's mission is to create awareness, educate, demonstrate, and engage students in active participation in our local efforts to conserve our reefs. We will provide an opportunity for students to take a leadership role in saving reefs and a chance to preserve the planet's resources for future generations.

Hope for Kids
Our club will be dedicated to brightening the lives of sick and underprivileged children. We will do this by holding meetings and toy/gift drives. To ensure high school participation, we would offer service hours for wrapping toys/gifts for the drive and for attending the meetings after school. In these meetings, we will discuss upcoming events or projects, as well as creating cards to hand out at children’s hospitals/centers. We also plan on having different holiday-themed events to assist every kid in having a good holiday experience.

Latinos In Action
To prepare students on, college and career readiness, the curriculum bolsters students' current academic performance while preparing them for their futures as college-bound students and contributing members of society. The curriculum offers high-quality instruction on post-secondary education options and readiness, personal development, professionalism, and an exploration of one's cultural heritage through literary and performing arts.
Leadership Development: Each LIA student gains real-life leadership experience by participating in student-lead service, social, and professional committees. We are scaffolding their leadership skills and then infusing the students back into the school community, better prepared to lead and serve.
Literacy Tutoring: From approximately October to April, LIA students serve as role models, mentors, and literacy tutors for neighboring elementary school students. This partnership helps both parties develop linguistic proficiency, refine social skills, and deepen their understanding of the value of being bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural.

The National English Honor Society (NEHS) is a national organization that recognizes high school students for their academic achievements in English and promotes their interest in the English language arts.

National Honor Society (NHS)

Pawpals
This club works with no-kill shelters and other animal welfare organizations to fund, support and bring awareness about homeless and endangered animals. We work to advance animal welfare, safety, socialization, and to support local shelters by coordinating community service outreach, fundraisers and other events. Members collect items and funds to be donated to shelters and organizations in need.

Project Men
Project Men is a mentorship program to help young kings reach their full potential mentally, academically, and, of course, emotionally. By doing so, a lot of information or links about scholarships, internships, community service hours, and mental health services are offered to the group members. We think it is important to empathize and support each other as it's always time to build and achieve. Project Men is ready to connect and protect the brotherhood.

Rotary Interact Club
Take action, build international understanding, and make new friends around the world. Interact clubs bring together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of Service Above Self. Interact clubs organize at least two projects every year, one that helps their school or community and one that promotes international understanding. Rotary club sponsors mentor and guide interactors as they carry out projects and develop leadership skills.

Science National Honor Society (SNHS)
This is a national organization for students who have demonstrated academic excellence in Science. Membership is restricted to 11th and 12th graders. The main thing we do is provide free Science tutoring after school on Thursdays from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM.

SECME (Science Engineering Communications Mathematics Enrichment)
Students participate in STEM activities such as building mousetrap cars, water bottle rockets, bridges and generators. Students may also compete in Brain Bowl trivia, on-the-spot build challenges, and still other competitions involve the Arts. Students compete in essay writing as well as the SECME school banner contest. Students compete at the District Olympiad and winning entries move on to the SECME National Competition Finals.

Sports Analytics Club
The Sports Fanatics Club is designed to create a community for students who are passionate about sports and want to engage in meaningful discussions about current events in the sports world. The club will meet twice a month on Wednesdays during Gold Lunch, allowing students to connect over their shared interests. The club will serve as a platform for students to discuss recent developments in various sports, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the sports industry.
Mr. Moncilovich will offer presentations on career paths within the sports industry, such as refereeing and sports business management, providing students with valuable insights into potential future careers. Through discussions and presentations, students will enhance their ability to analyze sports events, statistics, and industry trends, building critical thinking skills that are valuable both academically and professionally.
The Sports Fanatics Club aims to be a positive addition to the school’s extracurricular offerings, promoting both social interaction and academic exploration of the sports industry. We believe this club will not only enhance students’ school experience but also open doors to potential career opportunities in the sports world.

The Unbreakable Club
The Unbreakable Organization is an existing non-profit organization formed in the aftermath of the tragic events at MSD high school by alumni and teachers who survived the incident. The non-profit provides scholarships, counseling, and community to those who have been traumatized by gun violence. The purpose of the club would be to act as an extension of the organization, spreading scholarship opportunities and mental health resources to our own students, as well as fund-raising for the organization as a whole.

Thrifting and Threading
Thrifting and threading would be a club focused on the economic and environmental benefits of thrifting. It would teach members how to up-cycle clothes and the importance of rescuing items that would commonly be discarded. This club would create a safe environment for members, allow them to connect with others with similar hobbies, and would also teach students how thrifting can be financially responsible.

Water Sports Club
The Water Sports Club will serve Boca High as a place for any students who are interested in water-based sports (wakeboarding, water-skiing, skimboarding) to interact and bond over their shared interests. Our meetings in the class will allow beginners and newcomers to learn the essentials in form, technique, and water safety for a variety of water-based sports/activities from their more experienced peers. Our meetings outside of the classroom will see students trying something like wakeboarding for the first time or helping others learn how to water ski at places like "Ski Rixen" or "Shark Park 561."
