ACE (Architecture-Construction-Engineering) Mentor Program
To ENGAGE, EXCITE and ENLIGHTEN high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering and construction through mentoring and to support their continued advancement in the industry.

Academic Games
Academic Games League provides a series of Academic Games competitions throughout the nation, resulting in a national championship tournament in late April each year. Students who excel academically have a chance to compete and be rewarded for their accomplishments at the local, state, and national levels. Academic Games tournaments challenge students to use higher order thinking skills in the subjects of mathematics, language arts, and social studies.

ACES Flagship Program
The Student ACES ACE Flagship Program brings high school student athletes from across Palm Beach County to further develop their leadership skills. Upon successful completion of the program, student athletes will understand what it means to be CHAMPIONS: Command Respect, Honor your Word, Aspire to Greatness, Maintain Courage, Possess a Strong Work Ethic, Inspire Others, Own a Winning Attitude, Never Settle, Sacrifice for self and others.

Arts and Crafts Club
The Arts & Crafts Club aims to foster creativity, develop artistic skills, and provide a supportive environment for students interested in various art and craft forms. The club will offer regular activities, workshops, and projects that encourage self-expression and artistic growth.

This extracurricular club promotes inclusion by building one-to-one connections between students with and without an intellectual disability. This extracurricular student-led and organized club aims to provide a positive space from the Christian perspective where students can go to have fun with friends, talk about relevant issues and be heard without judgment. It's a place where students are challenged to make good decisions and lead in positive ways in their school. This club provides a positive environment where students can feel safe to be themselves while pursuing a balanced life: mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially.

This extracurricular cardio-focused exercise club gives students a place to work out with their classmates before school. This extracurricular club promotes strong self-confidence, self-respect, discipline, and appreciation through the fine art of dance. This extracurricular club offers students the space and opportunity to acquire and practice higher-level critical thinking skills as well as problem-solving and communication skills that go beyond the traditional classroom experience. eSports Team
This extracurricular club aims to provide students with a space to game together as an eSports team. The goals of our eSports team are:
- To engage students who are typically not engaged with school, especially outside of school hours
- To model acceptable, productive online behavior and digital citizenship, allowing students to become conscientious digital citizens
- To promote a safe and open environment for students with similar interests, to form new friendships, to learn valuable interpersonal skills through social interaction within the club, and personal growth
- To use the eSports ecosystem to teach sportsmanship, sportsmanlike conduct, marketing, social media, graphic design, and entrepreneurship, among others

F.I.R.S.T. Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)
This extracurricular club aims to prepare students for international robotics competitions in which teams from all over the world compete in a unique game/challenge, using similar parts and materials. The club is for members of the F.I.R.S.T. Robotics team and is sponsored by our Choice Academy's affiliation with N.A.F. (National Academy Foundation) and Raytheon Technologies, Inc.
Engineering Academy students who participate in the club and competition are also granted internship credit to be applied to their N.A.F. Academy certification. The club is not just open to academy students, but is open to all interested students and will meet weekly to prepare for the upcoming building season. Our partnership with N.A.F. includes provisions for professional engineers from Pratt-Whitney to mentor students during the season as we prepare for the South Florida Regional FIRST Robotics Competition. Once the build seasons commences, the club will meet additionally on weekends to design and build the robot.

First Serve
This extracurricular club helps youth develop character, competence, and commitment to personal and community improvement via community service involvement. The club focuses on development of two areas for each student to create lasting change. Internal cultivation of intelligence and character (The cultivation of self awareness and interpersonal relationship skills helps students to be able to see their "blind spots" and lets them better understand their motivations and actions.) and external cultivation, which involves access to opportunities and resources.
(Even with the best self-knowledge, change can not happen without students having access to necessary resources and opportunities to help them believe beyond.

Florida Future Educators Association (FFEA)
The Forest Hill High School chapter of the Florida Future Educators of America provides a forum for students to become aware of career opportunities in education and nurtures their interest in teaching as a career. Students explore education as a career through service projects and campus activities as well as acquire leadership and research skills by running the club.

French National Honor Society
The French Honor Society at Forest Hill High School will aim at creating a community for learners and speakers of French on campus. In the club, students will get tutoring, homework help, community service opportunities, and have a chance to practice French outside school hours, as well as leadership skills. Students can realize the importance and usefulness of learning a second language.

Freshman Class Board
Freshman Board is open to any students in the Class of 2028 and is dedicated to providing support and enriching activities for all freshman students at Forest Hill Community High School. The Freshman Board is also composed of elected and appointed members of the freshman class at FHHS. Together these students plan and execute a majority of the freshmen events on campus, including making t-shirts and powderpuff jerseys, organizing for Homecoming, as well as fundraising and community service opportunities.

Future Farmers
This extracurricular club aims to teach students how to grow and sustain their own food source. Students will learn how nutrients from the earth are able to grow food and ensure food is grown in a safe way free of unnatural substances. Students will see where the food in the supermarkets originated. Students will also learn about pollinators and their role in the human food chain.

GSA
This extracurricular student-led and organized club aims to create a safe, welcoming, and accepting school environment where all students can be themselves, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Hospitality Club / Concession
The Hospitality Club aims to provide students with practical experience in hospitality and customer service. To achieve this, the club should take on the responsibility of managing the concession stand during home football games and potentially during the basketball season as well.

Interact Club
Interact clubs bring together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of service above self. Interact clubs organize at least two projects every year, one that helps their school or community and one that promotes international understanding. The Rotary club sponsors mentor and guide interactions as they carry out projects and develop leadership skills.

JLAB
The JROTC Leadership & Academic Bowl (JLAB) is a nationally recognized academic competition created exclusively for JROTC students. By participating, cadets learn the values of citizenship, leadership, academic competition, and college opportunity.
Participate in the Academic Bowl and your team may win the opportunity to compete in the Academic Championship (JLAB) in Washington, DC! Thirty-two (32) Academic Teams will qualify to attend JLAB!

Junior Class Board
Junior Class Board is open to any students in the Class of 2026 and is dedicated to providing support and enriching activities for all junior students at Forest Hill Community High School. Junior Board's primary responsibility involves planning and implementing the Prom for the senior and junior classes. In addition, the Junior Board will be planning ahead and coming up with ideas for senior events. Events include Grad Bash (or alternative), senior picnic, field day, and other related events for the following school year.

Latinos in Action
Latinos In Action (LIA) offers an asset-based approach to bridging the graduation and opportunity gap for Latino students, working from within the educational system to create positive change. The program operates as a year-long elective course. The end goal is to empower Latino youth to lead and strengthen their communities through college and career readiness. This is accomplished by focusing on four pillars: leveraging personal and cultural assets, excelling in education, serving the community, and developing leadership skills.

Literary Club / Literary News Journal
The Literary Club is a hub for students who appreciate expressing themselves through both reading and writing poetry, prose, and creative works. Members partake in casual and comfortable meetings where they discuss different works of literature, as well as share their own work.
The Literary Club also compiles and designs The Hill's two literary magazines, The Nest and Leaves, using student writing, art, and photography. The magazine is distributed to the student body in December and May.

National Art Honor Society
Participation in NAHS provides students, faculty, school, and the community with invaluable benefits, including: peer recognition, leadership growth opportunities, college and career preparation, recognition of your art program, and so much more. Over the course of the year, students are expected to make an art piece for one of their teachers. Seniors who are graduating have the opportunity to earn a cord for graduation and join the national chapter of the NAHS. Students can meet and conversation about art, eat breakfast, and work on artwork for their teachers and other art endeavors. The purpose of this club is to encourage the creative writing flow of students while providing an environment for engagement and inspiration.

Requirements: 10th - 12th grade students who have taken at least one semester of art at FHCHS. Students who are not currently in an art class may participate as long as all other criteria are met. Membership is based upon art scholarship, service, and character.

National Honor Society (NHS)
The National Honor Society (NHS) elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. These four pillars have been associated with membership in the organization since its inception in 1921. NHS students and their peers volunteer in their communities at the highest rates and make connecting with and serving within the community a priority. Thus, the aim of the organization is to promote a positive school climate, provide opportunities to motivate all students to reach their greatest potential in school and in life, and ensure that students are college and career ready. Through the NHS, FHHS recognizes its highest achieving students in grades 10-12 with a unique experience that provides a springboard to life.

Nuevo Beginnings (NewBs)
Our purpose is to provide an introduction to the school culture and academic information to students who may otherwise not be familiar with the varying processes and systems used in the Palm Beach County School District schools. We also strive to meet the objective of lessening the culture shock of these students, which can interfere with academic success. Participants can benefit from mentorship by peers who also found it necessary to acclimate to the environment.

This student-led group serves to represent the interests and needs of all students on campus. Youth Empowered to Prosper - Young Women Who Win
YEP aims to develop the power, mindset and skillset within youth to rise above challenges, chart a path to prosperity, and grow into leaders of a better world. The YWWW program provides a unique one-to-one school-based mentoring program for the duration of the school year for young women in Grades 9 - 12. Mentees are matched with professional women among the school's faculty and staff. The goals of the program are for the mentees to maintain satisfactory school attendance, improve / maintain effective coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and problem-solving skills, and improve self-confidence and self-esteem.
