The School District of Palm Beach County has contracted with Envision as the third-party collection service for returned checks. By signing a check and delivering it to the school, the check maker is signifying their acceptance of the terms and conditions of the district's agreement with Envision.

All checks payable to the school must contain imprinted the following information:

1. The name of the check maker.
2. The street address of the check maker.
3. The telephone number of the check maker (either land line or cellular) with area code.
