Palm Springs Community Middle School is proud to offer the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program for grades 6, 7, and 8.
 
The mission of the program is to close the achievement gap by preparing all students for post-secondary success in a global society. The AVID elective course provides support in courses by focusing on note-taking, study, organizational, and time management skills. Through the AVID class, students are able to participate in tutorials that will assist our scholars in their accelerated curriculum. 

We are always looking to welcome students who are interested in attending college & have the willingness to work hard into our program.
