Community Service Opportunities

Students can now upload community service or paid work hours directly into the SIS for school approval.
In SIS:

1. Click on Forms
2. Select on the applicable form.
3. Complete the required information
4. Electronically sign the form
5. Upload the documentation of hours
6. Submit the completed form
7. View the Status of your Request on the History tab.
