HAWKS - SUBMIT YOUR ATHLETIC ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS

Must be completed before tryouts.

1. Parents: Log in to your Aktivate account or create an account if you are a new user and register your Student-Athlete for the 2024-2025 season. (www.aktivate.com)

2. Complete all of the required documents in Aktivate. Including the 3 NFHS courses the student must take. (payment for the athletic insurance through School Cash Online)

3. Review your documents before you upload them since incomplete forms will be rejected. And, only upload the requested item(s) for each section.

4. Upload all items and certificates to Aktivate for approval.

5. Check your Aktivate account periodically to see if any corrections need to be made. Once cleared, the student is ready for tryouts. Only "cleared" students will be permitted to tryout for sports.
