Community Service Information

To graduate high school, students are required to have twenty (20) hours of Community Service submitted and approved in their SIS.
- Review the Palm Beach County School District's Community Service Guidelines and Community Service Opportunities.
- Blank Community Service Log.
Students are to follow these steps to submit completed Community Service hours to their SIS account:
- In SIS on the left side, click on “Forms”, and select ‘High School Community Hours Student Submission’.
- Complete the required student information boxes.
- Complete the community service information boxes (make sure the description and number of hours match what is listed on the log).
- Upload the community service log.
- Electronically sign the SIS form, and click ‘Submit Request’
