YOGA
Chillin With My Yogis is like an after-school slumber party! We take our shoes off and spend an hour in a circle working on breathing exercises and yoga poses. We play games that teach life skills and listen to visual relaxation stories. Because yoga is not competitive, all yogis learn at their own pace. We learn to treat ourselves and others with compassion and respect. We encourage each other to be the best we can be! This club meets from September 11th to October 30th, 2023. CHESS
Join the fun and challenge with the CHESS FRIENDS chess club. The great game of chess helps develop thinking, problem solving, creativity, and academic achievement. The course will be taught by an experienced chess instructor with a talent for relating positively with children and employs a teaching style making learning about and improving in chess an important educational experience for children of all abilities, including beginners.
