Mrs. Renee Elfe is originally from Washington D.C. and she relocated to south Florida in 1991. Mrs. Elfe graduated from Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Elfe continued her education at Florida Atlantic University where she earned her certification in Educational Leadership, as well as endorsements in English for Speakers of Other Languages and Exceptional Student Education.

Mrs. Elfe served as an educator for 11 years at Addison Mizner Elementary in Boca Raton, Florida. Wanting to expand her influence, Mrs. Elfe began her leadership journey as the Assistant Principal for Morikami Park Elementary. She then went on to be selected for principalships at Sunrise Park, Morikami Park, Omni Middle School, and she will be starting her 11th year as principal of Boca Raton Elementary School in the fall of 2022. All together Mrs. Elfe has over 20 years of experience as a school leader, and over 31 years of experience in the field of education.

 Mrs. Elfe believes that all children deserve a quality education with the highest academic standards that is delivered in a caring, nurturing, and safe environment. She works diligently every day to ensure her vision becomes a reality for the students of Boca Raton Elementary. She in honored to be a part of the Boca Raton Elementary family and is looking forward to another successful school year.
