Our mission as counselors is to provide services for students to meet their academic, career, and social/emotional needs. We also aim to create a nurturing and safe environment by creating inclusive spaces and advocating for diversity. This is accomplished through collaboration with parents/guardians, staff, and community members to ensure the success and achievement of all our students.

Counselor's Corner
Here at Osceola Creek Middle School, we have three school counselors to serve our bear family for the 2023-2024 school year: Mrs. Pluta, Mrs. Egipciaco, and Mrs. Sinsley. We also have a Behavioral Health Professional, Mr. Ahern. We want to provide our students and their families with a place to find information and resources related to our roles as counselors. At the Counselor's Corner, you can find information about small groups, individual counseling, PBIS, My Career Shines, GPA, pupil progression, suicide prevention, Counselor Chats, and upcoming events just to name a few!
School Counseling Services
We provide classroom guidance lessons on "in-demand" topics.
We plan, organize, and implement small groups based on the needs of our students.
We plan fun events to promote inclusivity, battle bullying, and bring awareness to different issues.
We help ALL students feel strong, confident, and included through various activities and events.School Counseling Appointments
Do you need to talk to your counselor? Just fill out the Request form. Your counselor will get a notification and schedule an appointment with you. All appointments are confidential. Please contact one of our school counselors if you need information regarding counseling services outside of school.
Meet the Counselors
Natalie Pluta, 6th Grade Counselor
I am a graduate of the Palm Beach County School District and am so proud to be working at Osceola Creek Middle School. I received my Bachelor's in Exceptional Education from the University of Central Florida and received two Master's degrees from Nova Southeastern University in ESOL and Guidance/School Counseling. This will be my 21st year working at the school district and I am still excited for new adventures. I can't wait to see what this year brings us. Go Bears!

I’m very excited and grateful to begin working at Osceola Creek and join a crew of great counselors and staff! I’ve worked as a school counselor for the last 7 years and as a teacher previously for 5 years in Pre-K ESE, Middle School ESE and High School. Making a difference in the lives of young people is my biggest motivator and I’ve come to learn that the most success can be achieved in collaboration with parents and families. I look forward to serving the OCMS family as one of your school counselors and helping our school be the best it can be!
