Season: Begins with June Mini Band Camp and Ends with STATES Competition in Mid-November.

Show: Custom Drill and Music are written by outside professionals specifically for our band.
In addition, props are designed and built to compliment the Show’s theme.

Instruction: In addition to our band director, instructors for color guard, winds, drum line and pit are hired to work with our students during the entire season– It’s the next best thing to Private Tutoring for your student!

Competitions & States (location TBD): Our band competes in 3 local competitions and at the State level. This fee covers entry fees and transportation of our students and their equipment.
For States, the hotel costs are also covered for 2 nights (if states is not local).

Other: Show shirt, uniform shirt, uniform maintenance, color guard uniforms and equipment, plus band camp costs, custom show design, equipment trucks

Cost: $880 (pending approval of 2023-24 budget)
Note: *There is no additional fee for concert or symphonic band when student participates with marching band.
*The full amount is due even if your child misses one of the band camps

Due Dates: 5 monthly installments of $150; June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct, + $130 November
This payment plan is necessary so the band program can meet its financial obligations throughout the season. Of course, the full amount can be paid at anytime.

Fundraising: Football Program Ad Sales and the Script Program - 2 easy ways to raise funds for your student’s fair share. 
Other small fundraisers will be available during the fall semester, such as working shifts in our Gift Wrap booth to lower your Fair Share.
