Requesting Cambridge Transcripts
-
Seminole Ridge Community High School cannot send AICE exam scores directly to an institution; this request can only be made through Cambridge.
Please note that transcripts should be requested in April or May of the candidate's senior year after the selection of a college or university has been made, to ensure adequate time for processing. Once the request is submitted, these transcripts must be emailed directly from Cambridge International Examinations to your desired university of study. Please make sure to include a copy of an accepted photo ID with your transcript request, as outlined on the form, and to use a personal email that you frequently check. If any issues arise, Cambridge will contact you through your provided email, and a response must be made in approximately 7 days or your request will be canceled.
Seminole Ridge High School's Centre Number is US215.
Final transcripts will arrive at your designated university in late September or early October; therefore, if you have earned your AICE Diploma, you must inform the Financial Aid office of your university to recheck your Bright Futures Scholarship eligibility. While waiting on final transcripts, you are able to save your unofficial transcripts and score reports and share them with the academic advisors at your desired university of study. Those unofficial reports will allow you to receive college academic planning and placement until your final transcripts arrive.

- Transcript viewer to see the grades sent with each transcript request
Cambridge Transcript Request FAQ
-
What are testing "series" dates?
Series are the dates of each testing session; typically either November or June and the year. (June 2022, November 2022, June 2023, November 2023, June 2024, etc.)
-
How can students pay for their transcript request?
Students will be able to pay the $17 fee for each transcript request per institution online by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
-
Why does Cambridge charge a fee?
Student requests for transcripts have increased rapidly in recent years along with operational costs. This fee will help to ensure all student requests can be fulfilled expeditiously, tracked online, and available electronically to colleges and universities by the dates indicated.
-
Will fee waivers be available?
Fee waivers will not be available through Cambridge International.
-
Can students choose which exam grades are sent on the transcript?
No. Students can choose one or more Cambridge International AS & A Level exam series to send (e.g., June 2022 and November 2022), but they cannot choose individual subjects from the series. All passing grades from Cambridge International AS & A Level exams taken during a series will appear in the transcript.
-
Can students request transcripts before taking exams or before the results are released?
Yes. About 3 months before each exam series starts, the series will become available to select in the Grade Transcript Form. Students may use a single request, with a charge of $17 per institution, to order transcripts for past series or to pre-order a transcript for results that have not yet been released.
Students can pre-order June series transcripts starting in late February, and November series transcripts starting in mid-August. Pre-ordered grade transcripts are sent within 14 days of the result release day. Past exam series will be sent within 14 days after payment is received.
-
Will these site upgrades ensure that institutions receive transcripts on time?
Upgrades to online transcript delivery ensure that all student records will be sent electronically and available for institutions to download through CI Direct on the dates indicated. Institutions will have customer service support to enable them to access digital student records after they are sent. Students will also have clear tracking in their online Cambridge accounts of when institutions receive transcripts and what grades appear in those transcripts.
