The Office of Strategic Management was created in 2021 to oversee the development and implementation of the District's next Strategic Plan. In addition, the Office of Strategic Management supports efforts related to Legislative Affairs, manages the District's Annual Report process, and assists with coordinating other major projects that require collaboration across multiple departments/divisions. The Office of Strategic Management reports directly to the Chief of Staff.
