Debra Werner is a native Floridian who has worked in education in Palm Beach County for over 20 years. Her journey with ESOL started at an elementary school with ELL students in her classroom. She has worked in the role as an ESOL teacher, School-Based and District ESOL Coordinator working extensively with students and families. She currently works as an ESOL Professional Development Specialist at the Multicultural Department supporting the ELLs and ESOL teachers across the county.
